Responsible AI Statement
Last Updated: February 3, 2026
Federated Unified Worker Network Inc. (“FUWN”), together with its affiliates and business divisions, including ZAI, develops and deploys artificial intelligence systems designed to support privacy, accountability, and human oversight.
Our approach to responsible AI is grounded in architectural controls, not aspirational promises.
Purpose-Limited AI Use
FUWN’s AI systems are designed to:
• Assist with analysis, automation, and information processing
• Support human decision-making
• Operate within defined functional and policy boundaries
AI systems are not autonomous decision-makers and are not intended to replace professional judgment.
Privacy-First AI Architecture
Our AI systems are built using a privacy-gated, multi-agent architecture, which means:
• Sensitive or identifying information is filtered or transformed before reaching AI reasoning components
• AI agents operate on sanitized, limited-scope data envelopes
• No single AI agent has access to complete user profiles or raw sensitive data
• Compliance and policy enforcement layers validate outputs before they are delivered
This design reduces the risk of inappropriate data exposure or misuse by AI systems.
No Training on Personal or Regulated Data
FUWN does not train generalized AI models on:
• Personal information
• Nonpublic personal information
• Social Security numbers
• Financial account data
• Regulated client records
AI training, where applicable, relies on anonymized, synthetic, de-identified, or non-client data, or occurs under controlled conditions consistent with applicable law.
Human Oversight and Accountability
AI outputs generated by FUWN systems:
• Are subject to human oversight
• May be reviewed, validated, or rejected
• Do not independently create legal, financial, or fiduciary obligations
Responsibility for decisions remains with human users and authorized professionals.
Regulated Use Cases
In regulated contexts (such as financial services), AI systems are used as supporting tools only. Any regulated advice or services are provided exclusively under separate written agreements and applicable regulatory frameworks.
Continuous Evaluation
We continuously evaluate our AI systems for:
• Security risks
• Privacy protections
• Appropriate use
• Compliance with evolving laws and standards
No Expansion of Obligations
This Responsible AI Statement does not create legal duties or obligations beyond those required under applicable law or contract.
