AI Use & Output Disclaimer

This AI Use & Output Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all artificial intelligence–enabled features, tools, agents, models, outputs, recommendations, simulations, forecasts, or automated content made available by Federated Unified Worker Network Inc., together with its affiliates and business divisions, including ZAI (collectively, the “Company”).
This Disclaimer supplements and forms part of the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
1. Nature of AI Systems
The Company provides software platforms and tools that may incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated reasoning, or similar technologies (“AI Systems”).
AI Systems are designed to assist with information processing, analysis, automation, and decision support. They do not replace human judgment.
2. No Advice Disclaimer (Critical)
AI outputs are provided for informational and general-purpose use only.
Unless expressly stated in a separate, written, and executed agreement, AI outputs do not constitute:
• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Fiduciary advice
• A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product
Use of AI Systems does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and the Company.
3. Financial Services and SEC Status Clarification
The Company is primarily a software and technology provider. Certain financial or advisory services may be offered through its division ZAI. Any regulated financial advisory services:
• Are provided only pursuant to a separate written agreement
• Are subject to applicable regulatory requirements
• Are not provided through AI Systems alone
• Require explicit onboarding, disclosures, and acceptance of terms
AI Systems do not independently provide investment advice and are not a substitute for services provided by a registered investment adviser.
4. No Reliance; User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or erroneous
• AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may vary
• You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and validating any output before use
• You assume all risk arising from reliance on AI outputs
You should not rely on AI outputs for financial, legal, tax, or other high-risk decisions without independent professional review.
5. Human Oversight Requirement
AI outputs are intended to be reviewed by a qualified human before use in any decision-making process. The Company does not guarantee:
• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Suitability
• Regulatory compliance
• Fitness for any particular purpose
6. No Guarantees; No Performance Claims
AI outputs:
• Do not guarantee outcomes or results
• Do not predict future performance
• Do not ensure compliance with laws or regulations
• Do not reflect real-time or complete information
Past results, simulations, or projections generated by AI Systems are not indicative of future performance.
7. Training Data and Personal Information
AI Systems operated by the Company:
• Are not trained on personal information, Nonpublic Personal Information, or sensitive financial data
• Are restricted from accessing regulated client data for generalized training purposes
• Operate on anonymized, synthetic, de-identified, or non-client datasets, or under strictly controlled conditions
8. Limitation of Liability for AI Outputs
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Company disclaims all liability arising from AI outputs
• The Company shall not be responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with AI Systems is to discontinue use.
9. No Expansion of Duties
Nothing in this Disclaimer shall be construed to:
• Create duties beyond those required by applicable law
• Expand regulatory obligations
• Override contractual terms
• Waive legal protections available to the Company
10. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of AI Systems constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
